Rainy days like this are yuk! But then instantly brightened up when I found out my bestie from Canada is coming back for a cheeky week in March & I’m off call the whole week!!!! 👊 • Excitement is off the scale!!! When she was here just a few weeks ago, we had a quality long lunch which wasn’t interrupted by mini people & I didn’t have to explain anything. We just belly laughed, ate yummy food, drank champagne & left with a happy soul. Real connections with your very best friends, it’s something special eh?! 💓 • So this was me... I literally ran out of the house without even having time to change from my trusty changing bag (🤦‍♀️) which also added to my crazy print combo! But hey, my boots matched my hair, so boom! • So this can be my #whatmamaworemonday for the beauties that are @heyitsromeca & @stylemotherbeat... I never have time to plan any kind of outfit - just always my trusted jeans & jumpers! But I’m all good with that... a few hours freedom + time with the bestie = pure joy 💖

STRONG | POWERFUL | EXCITED 💖 • These are all words that can be used to describe how you are feeling about your upcoming birth. You can choose to educate yourself on your options whilst preparing emotionally & physically with techniques that take control of your contractions. • Had a bad first birth? It doesn’t mean you have to dread this birth!! Take control of your pregnancy & your birth whilst finding the joy & your incredible strength! • I remember a client once saying to me that I saw women at their most vulnerable and weak. I had to quickly correct her to say how privileged I am that I get to witness women at their strongest & most beautiful ❤️ • I have never felt so connected to my body than when I was pregnant & during Arlo’s birth. Everyone said I had a small bump - I knew it was just the size it needed to be. My mama gut was strong, I was able to listen to it & prepare for the birth I knew my body was capable of, in the way I had chosen 🙏

And like a ray of sunshine it’s half term! Laters school runs & hello quality time off the clock 🙌☀️ • And what a ray of beauty is this pic?! Such a gorgeous way of injecting a little bit of ‘what really makes you you’ into a wedding - such radiant use of mothers love & colour. I’m sure she knew what would make her life easiest on the day too 🤣🌈💖

Happy love day everyone ❤️ • Partners, husbands, wives, children, friends, family, teachers, colleagues, strangers & YOURSELF... sprinkle it everywhere. It’s magic.

9 years ago this gorgeous man asked me to marry him 💍 • Of that 9 years, I have been pregnant for 2.25 years & breastfeeding for 3 years. We’ve lived in a flat in London for 3 years and a family home in Surrey for 6 years. We’ve had 5 different jobs & 1 major career change. We’ve had 6 years of sleepless nights, alongside 6 years of more love than we knew was possible. • There is no one else I could possibly imagine waking up to every morning & I am thankful beyond words. This parenting lark is fucking hard, exhausting & more testing than anything, but it’s the most rewarding job there is & we wouldn’t change it for a second. • Thankful. Proud. Happy. • And obvs, when we want to get a pic of just us these days, there’s always a bloody mini human who wants in on the action!! And we didn’t even plan the tops, but it meant we had to have a pic! • THIS IS US ❤️

When your littlest baby wears your biggest baby’s first shoes 🙏 • It was back to just us two today & jeez it was quiet without the constant dialogue from the other two!!! And breathe... 💙🤣
